FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENING

Comprises of an FMS test- detailed analysis and individual exercise plan. Standard session length 60mins

SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports Massage for reducing muscular tension, helping to recover post exercise or to get you prepared pre event
