Patient Information: FAQ

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We work directly with Bupa, Aviva, Axa PPP and Vitality Health, but we are also able to offer sessions to patients who have cash plans that claim back costs such as Simply Health.
If you have any questions about your plan and whether we can treat you then please get in touch.
We also work with multiple occupational health providers that will send you to us directly.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Every new patient will be contacted by the clinic prior to their first session to conduct a Covid-19 screening.

A booking confirmation will be sent at the time of booking a session this will detail the practitioner and the clinic details as well as the time and date.

You will also receive a reminder email and SMS the day before your session.

During your first consultation the physiotherapist will give you information about what to expect and the process leading to diagnosis and your treatment plan

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

There is no need for a Doctor's referral to come and visit our clinic, however you may find that your GP or Consultant may refer you to us due to our reputation in the area.
